Due to the nature of our products and legal considerations, all sales of synthetic urine and synthetic urine devices are final. Once a product has been shipped and leaves our possession, it cannot be returned or resold under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items.
Returned Orders
In cases where an order is returned to us due to:
- An invalid or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to provide a signature when required at delivery
The customer will be refunded the cost of the product minus any shipping fees incurred to deliver the item and return it to our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
